We created Boogie & Bean to celebrate our little ones, especially brown children with beautiful curls, coils, and melanin-rich skin.
From thoughtfully made hair and skin care products to stories, characters, and educational experiences, everything we do is rooted in one simple belief:

How it all began
Inspired by Two Little Reasons to Do Better.
Boogie & Bean began with a mother who wanted better personal care options for her own children.
Boogie, her daughter, and Bean, her son, became the inspiration behind a brand created with love, intention, and a deep understanding of what it means to care for our little ones.
Like so many parents, she wanted products that worked for her children’s hair and skin. Products made with care, with ingredients chosen thoughtfully, and with the needs of children in mind.
But she also wanted something more.
She wanted her children to see themselves reflected in the brands they grew up with. To love their curls, embrace their beautiful brown skin, and know that they were enough exactly as they were.
That vision became Boogie & Bean.
What started as a desire to care for two children grew into a brand dedicated to helping families nurture confidence, celebrate individuality, and make everyday care a little more meaningful.
